According to Khaosod English’s 5 November report, the expanded programme began on 18 September 2026. It includes passport holders from Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Singapore and several European countries.

Check your TDAC email

Travellers who register through the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) system will receive an email indicating whether they are eligible to use the automated gates. A passport from a listed country does not by itself guarantee access.

Suvarnabhumi Airport has 39 automated arrival gates. The report also describes expansion to Don Mueang and Phuket; it does not confirm that the expanded service is operational at both airports.

Before travelling: Check your eligibility email and follow the instructions at your arrival airport.

Complete your arrival card through the official TDAC website. Royal Thai Embassy guidance says submissions can be made within the three days before arrival. Keep your confirmation accessible.
